Job description

We focus on structural issues, from reporting lines and governance to the actual points where cross-functional work gets stuck. Our firm is committed to clear, evidence-based writing and the courage to name uncomfortable truths to boards and committees. We do not use vague directions or corporate buzzwords. Instead, we look for concrete trade-offs and help clarify who can actually say yes. The Junior IT Project Coordinator is an entry-level position that supports these goals by bringing order to the technical side of our projects. In this role The Junior IT Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and organizational tasks that keep a technical project moving forward. Your job is to ensure that information is gathered, documented, and distributed to the right people at the right time. Because we work with complex client structures, you will focus on tracking dependencies and keeping project logs accurate. You will act as the logistical backbone for our consulting teams, ensuring no task is forgotten and no technical requirement is left undefined. What you will do

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all meeting minutes are clear, accurate, and archived.
  • Track the status of technical tasks across different internal and client departments.
  • Collect data from client IT systems and format it into readable reports for our analysis team.
  • Prepare weekly status updates that summarize progress and highlight any risks to the timeline.
  • Monitor internal deadlines and send notifications to ensure work stays on schedule.
  • Organize technical assets and digital workspaces for our remote consulting teams., * Every project task in our tracking system has been updated with a current, factual status.
  • Client meeting summaries are sent out within 24 hours with clear action items and owners.
  • You have identified a potential scheduling conflict before it affects a project deadline.
  • The data requested by the senior analysis team is delivered in a clean and usable format.
  • You have drafted an internal memo that accurately reflects the week’s progress without using jargon., Every member of our team works fully remotely. We rely on precise, written communication to stay aligned, which means we spend less time in meetings and more time doing the actual work. We expect everyone to be self-sufficient and to take ownership of their specific tasks. In return, we provide a work environment that is calm, predictable, and focused on professional output rather than hours spent at a desk. We are not interested in flashy presentations or vague promises. Our goal is to provide the analysis required to ensure that a client’s organizational chart actually matches how work gets done. As a Junior IT Project Coordinator, your work provides the foundation for this analysis, ensuring that our projects are built on accurate data and organized processes.

Requirements

  • A logical mind and the ability to organize complex information into simple, actionable lists.
  • Strong writing skills, with a focus on being brief, clear, and objective.
  • Comfort using basic spreadsheets and project management software to track tasks.
  • High reliability and the ability to manage your own schedule without daily oversight.
  • Attention to detail: you notice when a date is wrong, a file is missing, or a task lacks an owner.
  • A professional attitude and a willingness to learn our specific standards for documentation., * A permanent, full-time position in a firm that values merit and logic over office politics.
  • The ability to work from anywhere as part of our fully remote team.
  • Direct experience in high-level management consulting and organizational design.
  • A workplace culture that values clear communication and tangible results.
  • Practical training in how to communicate complex problems to executive board members.

About Braun Management Braun Management helps leadership teams across Europe navigate the messy reality of organizational change. Executive teams usually know where their problems lie: they just need an outside perspective to help fix things they have not been able to resolve internally. Whether it is a calcified decision-making process or a scaling transition that has outgrown its original model, the work we do is rarely glamorous but it is always necessary.
