You will collaborate with our product owners, guide your team members, and work closely with our clients on their challenges requiring Data Foundations, Data Analytics, and Data Science. You will work closely with data engineers, BI analysts, and product owners to create fast, efficient, and scalable data intelligence solutions for Werfen employees. Key Accountabilities Among others, you will: - Have between 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team or multiple projects. Preferably in the digital/tech and health/diagnostics/life science space. - Work with the team and business stakeholders to identify requirements, define models, and kickstart new analytics initiatives. - Build data models with SQL and automate them with Python. Have deep knowledge of all the datasets inside the data lake to be able to provide guidance, Capabilities We expect you to demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and have a keen interest in understanding various business domains.
