ERP Integration Project Manage r

You will own end-to-end project delivery for the ERP-to-broking platform integration, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and go-live. This is not a hands-off governance role. The right candidate will be equally comfortable in a steering committee and in a working session with technical leads., * Leading the integration workstream between the ERP and the new broking platform, managing interdependencies, risks, and timelines

• Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and HR to align on requirements, priorities, and decisionmaking
• Driving change management across all three functions, ensuring teams are prepared, trained, and bought in ahead of go-live
• Producing clear, executive-ready reporting on programme status, risks, and decisions required

• Proven track record delivering ERP implementation or integration projects in complex, matrixed organisations
• Strong working knowledge of finance ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar)
• Proven experience with broking platforms and a clear understanding of broking operations and data flows
• Demonstrable change management experience across cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and HR audiences
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, essential for this role
• Available to start immediately or within very short notice
