REMOTE - Microsoft Dynamics365 Architect

A large telecommunication company is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics365 Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong emphasis on Customer Insights and Customer Journey orchestration. This role involves working closely with a scrum team to implement and improve the sales and marketing CRM tool.

The hours for this position follow Eastern Time, but you may needed outside of those hours for European customers.

7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and architecture.

Proven experience developing within a Dynamics365 solution, specifically focused on CRM

Experience with Customer Insights and Customer Journeys

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

Experience with API integrations, data migration, and custom entity development.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Telecommunications Experience

Exact compensation for this position may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education, but is expected to be between $70-$74 USD. Benefits may vary based on location of candidate.
