Staff Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and operate a distributed automation platform that scales network operations. You collaborate across backend, frontend, and DevTest areas to deliver end-to-end automation features and reliable systems. You will contribute to test frameworks, CI/CD workflows, and observability to ensure high performance and reliability. The role blends software engineering, distributed systems, and automated testing in a fast-paced environment with AI-assisted development tooling.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Design and build durable distributed systems with workflow orchestration and concurrency patterns - Develop async REST APIs, service layers, background workers, and workflow logic - Build and maintain Go services, including gRPC servers and cross-language integrations - Model and query data in MongoDB with schemas and aggregations - Enhance automated test frameworks and convert tests into automated modules - Develop modern React/TypeScript frontends with real-time data flows - Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes with best practices and health checks - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) - Build unit and integration tests and validate REST APIs and network automation scenarios - Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and integrate AI into the SDLCResponsabilidades - Proven professional software engineering experience - Strong Python proficiency with async/await (FastAPI or similar) - Experience with network automation tools (Netmiko, TextFSM, Nornir) - Production TypeScript/React experience - Go language experience for service development - Distributed systems experience (workflows, queues, saga patterns) - CI/CD pipeline development (GitHub Actions or Jenkins) - MongoDB expertise (schema design, async drivers, indexing) - Kubernetes and Docker proficiency - Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers - Kafka knowledge (producers/consumers) - Observability tooling experience (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus) - Experience with AI-assisted development tools (optional but stated)Requisitos principales -
