Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you own end-to-end feature delivery within Perk’s global platform, collaborating with product, design and engineering to translate customer pains into scalable solutions. You’ll shape long-term architecture, drive technical excellence and reduce debt, while mentoring teammates and raising engineering standards. You’ll contribute to cross-functional initiatives and leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery.
