Job description

In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, technology infrastructure is a critical enabler of business growth, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic technology initiatives across Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security and Business Continuity domains.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional with strong project management expertise, technical acumen and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Your impact

  • Leading end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines and quality standards;
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating activities across Systems, Networks, Databases, Telecommunications and Information Security teams;
  • Managing project resources and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear accountability, prioritization and alignment with business objectives;
  • Monitoring project execution, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes;
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks, while defining contingency plans to safeguard delivery commitments;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal governance, security and business continuity requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Coordinating change management activities and ensuring the proper update of infrastructure records and configuration management databases (CMDB);
  • Producing project status reports and providing management with relevant insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives., Join a team responsible for delivering critical technology initiatives that support the organization’s operational efficiency, security and digital transformation journey. You will work on high-impact projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to the continuous evolution of a dynamic and challenging technological environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field;
  • Project Management certification (preferably PMP);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing technology infrastructure projects;
  • Strong technical knowledge of Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security and Business Continuity environments;
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Change Management processes;
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external suppliers;
  • Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Fluency in English; Spanish will be considered an advantage;
  • Proactivity, resilience and a strong results-oriented mindset.
