We are urgently seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join Project Juno, SThree’s flagship Agentic AI initiative, in a permanent hybrid role based in the London or Glasgow Location: London or Glasgow Employment Type: Permanent Position Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join Project Juno, SThree’s pioneering Agentic AI initiative. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and building scalable automation frameworks, quality platforms, and AI evaluation capabilities that enable the delivery of innovative AI-powered products. This role requires strong software engineering and test automation expertise, with experience across UI, API, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing robust automation solutions, improving product quality at scale, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in modern agile environments Qualifications and Competencies:

Experience as a Test Automation Engineer, SDET, or Quality Engineer within Agile and product-driven environments.
Strong programming expertise in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C#, with solid software engineering and coding best practices.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining UI, API, and End-to-End automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Pytest, or Rest Assured.
Proven experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, including quality gates, test reliability, and automation optimization.
Exposure to AI/LLM or Agentic AI testing, including evaluation frameworks, non-deterministic testing, and automated quality assurance for AI-powered applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
