Requirements

Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or comparable 3+ years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or development of IoT or industrial products Solid understanding of electronics, sensors, firmware, and mechanics Experience with product roadmaps, requirements management, and development processes Ability to think across domains: device, platform, customer value Experience working with external development partners and suppliers Strong analytical, communicative, and organizational skills Fluent in English (written and spoken), German and/or Spanish are a Plus Nice to have Experience in the rail sector or understanding of rail-specific standards and certifications (e.g., EN **, EN **) Knowledge of standards, certifications (in particular certifications for explosive-sensitive environments), and quality management (e.g., ATEX, CE, EMC) Experience working with platform teams or cross-product responsibility Background in logistics, asset tracking, or telematics
