Senior Integration Manager

ppI am looking for an experienced Senior Integration Manager to lead and coordinate the successful integration of products and services with external partners./p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end integration process, from initial planning through successful go-live and post-launch support./li liAct as the main liaison between external partners and internal teams, including Product, Development, QA, and Operations./li liCoordinate multiple integration projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met./li liFacilitate technical discussions related to APIs, web services, and system integrations, working closely with engineering teams to resolve issues./li liMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans./li liEnsure all integration documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date./li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing clear communication and regular project updates./li liDrive continuous improvements to integration processes and partner onboarding workflows./li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in Integration Management, Technical Project Management, Implementation Management, or a similar client-facing technical role./li liStrong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, JSON/XML, and software integration concepts./li liExperience coordinating cross-functional teams in an Agile software development environment./li liExcellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills./li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution./li liOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills./li liAbility to balance technical discussions with business objectives./li liExperience using project management and collaboration tools./li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience within the iGaming, online casino, sports betting, fintech, SaaS, or other B2B technology industries./li liFamiliarity with integration platforms, CRM systems, and issue tracking tools./li liExperience managing international partners and remote cross-functional teams./li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
