Job description

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • laufende Buchführung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagevermögen, Reisekosten, Bank, Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen)
  • Prozessoptimierung der Buchhaltung gemeinsam im Team
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Sonderprojekte und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Vorbereitung der Abschlussprüfung
  • Abstimmung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher sowie (Intercompany) Kostenabstimmung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) von Vorteil
  • sichere HGB-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung
  • anwendungssicherer Umgang in MS-Office, insbesondere in Excel
  • ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit mit hoher Eigenständigkeit
  • hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
