  • Installation, Konfiguration, Betreuung, Pflege sowie Weiterentwicklung des Client-Bereiches

Erstellen von Patch-Routinen und Routinen für die Softwareverteilung IT-Anwendersupport im Second-Level-Support, telefonisch als auch vor Ort Monitoring und Reporting der für den Bereich relevanten IT-Kennzahlen Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten zur Einführung oder Änderung der IT-Infrastruktur Rollout von Clients, Smartphones und Tablets, Corporate Benefits Mitarbeiterevents Mitarbeiterparkplätze 30 Tage Urlaub

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Windows Umfeld wünschenswert Kenntnisse im Patchmanagement und in der Softwareverteilung innerhalb von komplexen Systemlandschaften Schnelles Auffassungsvermögen von technischen Inhalten Vorteilhaft bei ersten Support-Erfahrungen
