Wave is hiring for a fully remote lead role overseeing the Database Reliability Team.You will ensure high availability and performance of critical databases, mentor a global team, and collaborate with infrastructure, product, and security to drive reliability initiatives.The role requires five+ years in DB management, strong people leadership, and experience with incident response and capacity planning.Occasional travel to Africa is expected, with a competitive compensation package and equity.#J-*****-Ljbffr
