Job description

Shine is seeking a Customer Support Specialist - Accounting (ES) to be the trusted contact for our accounting and tax software customers in a fast-paced environment. You will resolve inquiries, guide users on tax and accounting workflows, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve our solutions.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, plus FP in Administration & Finance or a related field, and experience with tax software and advanced Excel are required.
