Holding is looking for a Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture.Define and execute the global technology strategy for Santander Insurance Holding by establishing the target technology architecture, engineering standards and shared technology capabilities that enable a secure, scalable and resilient Insurance Technology ecosystem.The Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture acts as the technology authority across SIH, driving standardization, technology simplification and innovation while ensuring that all Global Initiatives and the Insurance Global Platform are built on a common architecture aligned with Grupo Santander technology principles.We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas.To
