MAPFRE busca un Técnico/a de Infraestructuras (Temporal) para coordinar el soporte TI al negocio y la gestión de servicios, reportando al responsable de Infraestructuras TI SAU. El/la candidato/a atenderá usuarios de negocio de España y colaborará con equipos de TI para resolver incidencias.

Requirements

Se valorará experiencia en gestión de incidencias (HPSM), herramientas de colaboración (Teams, SharePoint) e ITIL; la posición se ubica en Majadahonda, Madrid, con disponibilidad temporal y contratación
