We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Technology Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team to support the implementation and ongoing operation of UKG solutions (People Assist, Document Manager, and Smart Document Generation). This role is pivotal during the implementation phase, focusing on the configuration and operational execution of system requests. Post go-live, the position will transition into a Tier 2 support role, serving as a key contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement of the platform. Key Responsibilities During Implementation Phase - Collaborate with project teams and HR stakeholders to support the roll-out of UKG modules (People Assist, Document Manager, Smart Document Generation) across countries/regions. - Configure and build requests, workflows, and document templates within the UKG platform. - Participate in testing activities (e.g., UAT), validate system behavior, and report issues. - Provide operational support to project teams, HR stakeholders, and system users. - Contribute to documentation and training materials for HR teams and end-users. - Define and support configuration of role-based permissions or access profiles within UKG. Post Go-Live Phase - Act as Tier 2 support for the UKG platform, handling escalated queries and resolving system-related issues. - Monitor system performance and collaborate with global/local HR teams to ensure a seamless user experience. - Maintain system configurations and support change requests and enhancements. - Coordinate with IT and external vendors when needed for issue resolution and updates. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal standards and data protection policies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Prior experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday…) - Experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro/Kronos) highly preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic project environment. - Familiarity with Jira Xray (or similar test management tools) is a strong advantage. - Experience in system configuration or administrative support of HR technology platforms. - Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. - Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
