NetSuite Developer Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer Lead to take ownership of the technical direction of their NetSuite environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior NetSuite developer who enjoys building scalable solutions, leading technical initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across an established ERP platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite development and architecture, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys mentoring others while remaining actively involved in development.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of custom NetSuite solutions
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations, scripts, and workflows
• Build and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi
• Optimize the existing NetSuite environment to improve performance, scalability, and user experience
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business users and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and establish development best practices across the NetSuite environment
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver long-term, scalable resolutions
• Support ongoing NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality as business needs evolve, This is an opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of a mature NetSuite environment, leading technical initiatives that will have a direct impact on business operations while helping shape the future direction of the ERP platform.

• Extensive experience developing within NetSuite ERP
• Strong proficiency with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics
• Experience designing and supporting NetSuite integrations
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and customization best practices
• Previous experience leading technical projects or mentoring other developers
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
