IT Analyst

This position is a hybrid role based in the Merrifield, VA area, requiring three days onsite per week. The role is a contract position available on both W2 and C2C terms. The successful candidate will manage software assets and optimize processes using a leading IT service management platform. Responsibilities include overseeing software lifecycle processes and improving data quality.

Key Responsibilities Manage software asset lifecycle processes, including software products, models, and entitlements. Oversee software contracts, renewals, and license management. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes. Develop performance dashboards and analyze key performance indicators. Optimize license reclamation and manage end-of-life software assets.

Bachelor’’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Strong experience with IT service management platforms, particularly in software asset management. Proficiency in performance analytics and executive-level reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective stakeholder management abilities.
