Job description
- Design, develop, and implement new business applications supporting investment and trading workflows.
- Enhance existing systems to drive performance, automation, and error reduction.
- Work collaboratively with Investment, Trading, and Operations teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in a support rotation (every 6-7 weeks), providing coverage for critical applications.
- Contribute across the full SDLC including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience (minimum requirement).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including programming, modeling, and database design (SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience with C# or Java for back-end development (either acceptable).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate within a small, high-performance technical team.
