Workday HCM Functional Analyst

Open for both experienced and entry-level professionals familiar with Workday. The role is part of a rapidly growing multicultural team across Europe and Latin America, working on international projects with leading companies in all sectors. It offers the chance to be at the forefront of the transformation to cloud-based services., * Analyze client business requirements and configure the Workday solution accordingly.

• Lead workshops and working sessions with large, global organizations to gather, interpret, and document requirements, especially for Core HCM.
• Design, prototype, test, and deliver Workday configurations, demonstrating prototypes to secure customer acceptance.
• Assist clients throughout the testing phase of the Workday solution.
• Prepare and provide status reports to the Engagement Manager and keep stakeholders informed of overall project progress.
• Offer subject-matter expertise on key business process decisions, industry nuances, and functional areas.
• Support Workday operations by recommending monitoring improvements, creating metrics, and enforcing data and process standards in Core HCM.
• Participate in the Workday Community, contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, and collaborating with other customers and user groups.
• Advocate for and apply Workday best practices and the Workday Implementation Methodology in all engagements.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, or Polish is a plus.
