Valeo is a global automotive supplier partner to automakers and new mobility actors worldwide.Habilidades, experiencia, cualificaciones…Si tiene el perfil adecuado para esta oportunidad, asegúrese de inscribirse hoy mismo.Our vision is to invent a greener and more secure mobility, focusing on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions.We are a leader in our businesses, recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Our Martos plant, one of the biggest sites within the Visibility Systems Business Group, develops and manufactures lighting products and electronics.As a Hardware Design Leader at Valeo Martos, you will design cutting?edge electronics for top car makers, working in a fast?paced, international and multicultural environment.Your mission will be to design electronic circuits according to customer specifications for illumination systems in the automotive industry, following the most up?to?date techniques in a constantly evolving environment.ResponsibilitiesComply with engineering disciplines processes and design rules.Plan, monitor and control activities according to engineering discipline PD of your PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management).Be in charge of robust design and validation in line with economical targets.Review internal requirements, customer requirements and specifications.Manage detailed scheduling and budgeting.Contribute to the identification of needs in terms of resources, equipment, and investments.Establish detail breakdown of activities to meet milestones.Follow activities and spending of your scope to meet allowed budget and timing.Perform or support design calculations, simulations, coding and associated acceptance tests.Apply standardization rules, and request destandardizations based on justifications when necessary.Prepare engineering discipline design reviews.Interface with the customer for engineering discipline content.Report and escalates to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Engineer and their hierarchy.Desired Skills and ExperienceDegree or Master’s in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent experience.5 to 7 years of experience in hardware design in automotive engineering or relevant industries.Knowledge of simulation and CAD tools (Simetrix, Pspice, Cadence, etc.).Good practices in EMC.Passion for hardware design.Passion for the automotive industry.Proficiency in English (negotiation level mandatory).BenefitsCustomized career plan in a leading technology company.Integration plan and customized buddy program.Flexible compensation plan, including health insurance and kindergarten options.Continuous training and language courses at work.Outdoor activities, regular sports activities and access to a sponsored sports hall with a paddle?tennis court.Corporate bus to the company.Canteen.xohynlmOpportunity to live in a great place close to Córdoba, Granada, Malaga, Seville.Take a look HERE and travel with us.Job DetailsJob: R&D Design LeaderOrganization: Valeo MartosSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularPosting Date: **** #J-***-Ljbffr
