UX/UI Designer

Experteer Overview As a Senior UX/UI Designer for Growth at Lodgify, you shape the visitor-to-trial journey with high-end visual polish and data-driven design. You will craft high-converting landing pages, sign-up flows, and activation moments that accelerate user activation and growth. Working closely with Growth PMs, marketers, and copywriters, you translate behavioral insights into persuasive interfaces and scalable design systems. This is a product-led, experimentation-driven role that directly impacts acquisition, activation, and self-serve growth. Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design high-performing landing pages, signup entry points, and activation moments that convert traffic into trial users * Produce production-ready visual assets and specs in Figma for engineers * Define detailed user flows, edge cases, error states, and logic maps as single source of truth for engineering * Create tailored user journeys aligned with visitor intent to reduce anxiety and guide conversions

• Expand and scale design system with reusable components and design tokens for growth layers * Apply Product-Led Growth frameworks to unlock the user’s aha moment before signup * Conduct rapid usability tests and user session analyses to translate data into layout hypotheses * Collaborate daily with Growth Product Managers, marketers, and copywriters to align messaging and visuals for fast experiments Responsabilidades * 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience * Hands-on experience designing digital products (SaaS, apps) and web design focusing on conversion flows * Ability to own projects end-to-end without a separate UX or visual design handoff * SaaS experience with subscription funnels and activation metrics is a strong plus Requisitos principales * Remote work flexibility * Paid vacation (25 days) * Health insurance (Alan) * Meal allowance and discounts * Flexible remuneration options for expenses * Home office equipment provided
