Job description

Embedded Software Engineer (IoT): Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for elevator control systems and IoT-enabled devices with an accent on Linux Yocto customization, multi-threading, and cloud connectivity. Focus on building robust, scalable embedded applications using TDD and Azure IoT integration for efficient system communication., * Develop and maintain embedded software for elevator control systems and IoT devices.

Customize Linux distributions using the Yocto Project.
Implement high-performance multi-threaded applications and secure JSON-based APIs.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate software into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure reliable cloud integration using Azure IoT and protocols like MQTT.
Work closely with hardware engineering teams for seamless system integration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of C/C++ development experience in POSIX environments.
4+ years of specialized embedded software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Linux and object-oriented design patterns.
English proficiency: Minimum B2 level.
Experience with CAN, RS232, RS485, and Ethernet protocols., * Professional experience with C1+ English level.
Deep understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
Familiarity with cloud-based backend integration and system architecture.
