Company DescriptionAumente sus posibilidades de llegar a la fase de entrevista leyendo la descripción completa del puesto y enviando su solicitud sin demora.T?Systems is part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.We create technology with purpose to generate a positive impact on society.We are looking for curious talent, eager to learn, take on challenges, and contribute ideas that transform our customers’ experience.We trust people: we offer autonomy, continuous support, and a collaborative environment where you can grow without limits.We are one global team, guided by respect, integrity, and a passion for doing better every day.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS Cloud Architect & Technical Team Lead to design, implement, and manage large?scale cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).This role combines technical leadership, architecture ownership, and team coordination, ensuring that cloud environments and infrastructure projects are secure, scalable, cost?efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.The ideal candidate will lead cloud architecture initiatives, coordinate technical teams, manage operational workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple areas.This includes responsibility for backlog management, project follow?up, and ensuring smooth delivery of cloud initiatives.Responsibilities & DutiesTechnical Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor the engineering team, providing technical guidance and ensuring effective task delivery.Coordinate daily operations, assign workloads (JIRA), and support in resolving technical blockers.Ensure alignment between technical execution and project objectives.AWS Cloud Architecture & ImplementationDesign and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS architectures.Build cloud solutions using core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform).Apply AWS best practices and the Well?Architected Framework.Infrastructure Automation & IaCAutomate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, and GitOps practices.Maintain consistency, traceability, and security across IaC deployments.Cloud Security & GovernanceImplement AWS security best practices (IAM governance, KMS, networking).Manage multi?account governance and compliance frameworks (Organizations, SCPs, Control Tower).Operational CoordinationParticipate in regular stakeholder and project follow?up meetings (Landing Zone, IaC, migration planning).Oversee progress of cloud migration and operational tasks, ensuring timely delivery.Cost Optimization & Continuous ImprovementAssess cloud environments and propose improvements for cost, performance, and security.Promote evolving AWS?native solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.Cross?functional CollaborationWork closely with development, operations, security, and architecture teams.Translate business needs into secure, scalable cloud solutions and provide technical leadership across the organization.QualificationsMust?have requirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing cloud architectures on AWS.AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification (or equivalent AWS certifications).Demonstrated expertise with infrastructure?as?code tools, with Terraform mandatory.Proven experience with core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, and CloudFormation.Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration platforms.Experience implementing AWS security best practices, IAM governance, and compliance frameworks.Hands?on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild.Nice?to?have RequirementsExperience migrating on?premises systems and legacy applications to AWS.Knowledge of hybrid and multi?cloud platform architectures and deployment strategies.Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and managing cross?functional projects.Proven track record in cloud cost optimization and resource management.Experience with multi?account AWS governance, AWS Organizations, and AWS Control Tower.Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and project management tools like JIRA.Additional AWS certifications (Solutions Architect -
