Scrum Master

• Act as an ambassador for agile values, promoting an agile mindset and the adoption of agile frameworks across teams.
• Guide and coach product teams while supporting Product Owners in delivering continuous customer value.
• Serve as a hands-on servant leader by proactively identifying and removing impediments that may impact the product team’s progress.
• Foster collaboration through empathy and strong communication skills, helping teams resolve conflicts and build effective working relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and implementing creative solutions to enhance team performance.
• Support teams in delivering high-quality solutions quickly by applying a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
• Contribute actively to the client’s Agile Community by sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences.
• Collaborate with diverse, international teams in a multicultural environment to achieve shared business objectives.

• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an Agile team.
• Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
• Very good command of the English language.
