Mandatory Requirements: - Strong software development experience with C# / .NET (preferably .NET 8+). - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and CI/CD platforms. - Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery. - Experience building and supporting REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions. - Practical experience with Azure Functions, serverless architectures, and cloud-native solutions. - Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably AKS. - Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code operating models. - Experience with build agents, deployment pipelines, approvals, governance, and release traceability. - Familiarity with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory/XRay, Checkmarx, or similar solutions. - Experience working in regulated environments with governance, compliance, and audit requirements. - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
