D360 Technical Architect at Salesforce

The D360 Technical Architect at Salesforce is responsible for designing and communicating cloud-based data and AI solutions that integrate with the Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure that D360 products meet customer needs and drive adoption., * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Analyze complex business problems, generate innovative ideas and recommend actionable solutions.
• Structure the client’s decision-making process by evaluating solution options and facilitating stakeholder agreement to prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Assist Solutions Engineers with software demonstrations, rapid prototyping, and storytelling to illustrate connected experiences.
• Develop solutions across Salesforce’s technology stack (CRM, Modern Data Stack, Analytics & BI, AI) based on industry use cases.
• Provide deep technical expertise on data governance, security, and platform capabilities; create architectural diagrams and technical thought-leadership content.

• Experience in solutions engineering/architecture or technical consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS and cloud data platforms.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills, able to communicate ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of the relationship between data and Customer Relationship Management (Customer360).
• Ability to shift clients to alternative solutions when initial options are unsuitable, with supporting examples.
• Experience leading strategy and digital roadmap projects in a complex business environment.
• Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Cloud Technology, BI, and CRM products.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Salesforce development (LWC, Apex, Flow).
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Requirements

• Implementation or sales experience with Salesforce D360 and Agentforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with large-scale data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL processes.
• Background in data engineering, data science, and AI/ML solutions (Einstein, SageMaker, Vertex).
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Experience designing data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficient with analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with reverse-ETL and composable data platforms.
• Alignment with core competencies for the role, including leadership, volunteer or military experience, or other relevant background.
