Job description

Own and define Glovo’s global courier fraud strategy, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement across all markets., * Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams.

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact.
  • Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data-informed solutions that drive satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics or a related data-driven field.
  • +3 years of experience delivering actionable data insights to internal teams (must).
  • Strong analytical and coding skills - SQL and Excel proficiency (or extensive coding experience); experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Strong strategic vision, business mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; English is a must.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a high-growth, high-performance environment.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into effective solutions.
