prevention, and industrial regulations.Your ProfileAs a successful Controls Project Engineer, you bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.Requirements:* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.* Candidates with relevant technical certifications, vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.* Recent Graduates and Early Career Professionals are encouraged to apply.* Solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems.* Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar) is preferred; exposure through academic projects, internships, training programs, or certification courses is also valued* Knowledge of TCP/IP communications.* Familiarity with SCADA/HMI systems and fieldbus technologies (e.g., Profinet, Profibus, ASi).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for control logic and system debugging.* Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics and technical documentation.* Effective communicator in both Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for system commissioning and customer support.* Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting in field environments is a strong plus.Our OfferAs a Controls Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be part of complex and meaningful automation projects that shape the future of logistics.
