Job description

The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with various warehouse equipment, most notably computer equipment, contributing to the efficient operation of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently., * Operate warehouse equipment including RF Guns, WMS, Inventory Programs

  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization within the warehouse.
  • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to implement best practices for inventory management and workflow efficiency.
  • Build and assemble product displays as needed for shipping or storage purposes.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, * Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating warehouse machinery such as cranes and various types of forklifts.

  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes within a distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A commitment to safety standards and practices in all aspects of work.

The right candidate will possess the following:

  1. Basic Computer Literacy * Navigating Windows or macOS * Using a mouse, keyboard, and touchscreens * Understanding file systems and saving documents

  2. Inventory Management Software * Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) such as: * SAP * Oracle NetSuite * Fishbowl Inventory * Manhattan Associates

  3. Microsoft Office or Google Workspace * Excel/Sheets: Track inventory, input data, create simple reports or spreadsheets * Word/Docs: Write reports or fill out digital forms
