You will review concepts, user flows, designs, and implemented experiences to identify accessibility barriers and recommend solutions. You will conduct accessibility evaluations using manual testing techniques, assistive technologies, and accessibility testing tools, document findings, and support teams in resolving issues before experiences go live.

You will independently support assigned product areas while continuing to grow your accessibility expertise through collaboration with Senior and Lead Accessibility Consultants. Your work will help advance accessibility across Target’s digital ecosystem and drive inclusive experiences for all Target customers and employees.

  • Experience working across broad cross-functional teams and driving results through collaboration

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive work forward, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • High level of initiative, organization, and versatility with the ability to manage ambiguity, risk, uncertainty, and changing priorities

  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude

  • Hands-on experience evaluating digital experiences for accessibility, identifying barriers, documenting findings, and communicating recommendations to product, design, and engineering partners

  • Experience using assistive technologies to evaluate digital experiences, including screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation
