Job description
We are seeking a full-time, Technician to join our dedicated team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment, including VoIP and traditional phone systems, Unified Communications platforms, and voicemail systems. The Technician will also oversee system upgrades, provide technical support, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requies both remote and on site services.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in VoIP?, * Previous experience in the telecommunications industry on communication equipment (PBX)
- Technical proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications systems, including VoIP and traditional PBX phone systems
- Experience working with Mitel, NEC, and hospitality communication systems.
- Understanding of Unified Communications and VoIP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and team collaboration
- Relevant certifications in telecommunications or related fields., * Clean driving record with a valid Arizona driver’s licenses, * Mitel and/or NEC telephone system: 5 years (Required)
- Hospitality communication system: 5 years (Required)
- installation and service of PBX: 5 years (Required)
