Database Administrator III - Remote/Nationwide

You are a person who is passionate about supporting and maintaining production and/or non-production databases of significant and/or strategic impact across the enterprise. We need someone who is comfortable with being a resource for operations and technical administration. In the role of Database Administrator III, you will be responsible for providing guidance on leveraging database solutions to meet the needs of the organization.

• If no degree, a minimum of seven years of experience in database administration.
• Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets data model\application is a huge plus.
• Ability to create T-SQL scripts required.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating and maintaining complex SQL Databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Extensible knowledge in implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting SQL replication and high availability architectures.
• Knowledge of programming languages a plus.
• Experience using PowerShell.
• Experienced in installing and configuring SSIS\SSRS\SSAS.
• Health Care experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new platforms i.e., Job Schedulers, Open-Source Databases, code deployment software’s.
• Azure experience is a plus but not required.
