You will have the opportunity to develop across the full software development lifecycle, strengthening your coding, debugging, testing and problem-solving skills. The core stack includes PHP, Laravel and React, but your existing programming language is less important than your curiosity and willingness to learn. AI-assisted coding experience is ideal, and you will have plenty of room to grow as a software engineer.

  • Build and enhance applications using PHP, Laravel, React and modern development practices.
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while reviewing and validating generated code.
  • Write, test and debug clean, maintainable software across real client projects.
  • Support API integrations, databases and front-end features as your technical skills develop.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to solve problems and improve software quality.
  • Learn new technologies and development approaches through hands-on project experience.

Benefits and Perks

You will join a hands-on engineering environment where you can learn directly from experienced technical professionals and build skills through real software projects.

  • £30,000-£35,000 starting salary.
  • Hands-on experience developing software and AI-enabled solutions for real organisations.
  • Exposure to modern web technologies including PHP, Laravel and React.
  • Opportunity to develop practical AI-assisted coding skills in a professional engineering environment.
  • Career development and room to grow as your technical capabilities expand.

Requirements

We are looking for a forward-thinking graduate who enjoys solving problems and learning by doing.

Must-Have

  • 2:1 degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
  • Practical programming experience through university work, projects, placements, or personal development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
