Job description
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of a cloud-based enterprise platform used by organisations around the world.
Joining a growing Product & Technology team, you’ll take ownership of the user experience across multiple product areas, helping transform a mature platform into a modern, intuitive and accessible product. This is an opportunity to influence product direction, champion UX best practice and help evolve a scalable design system used across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences from discovery through to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
- Owning the UX across multiple product modules and delivering user-centred design solutions.
- Maintaining and evolving a scalable design system and component library.
- Collaborating with front-end engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Managing the relationship with an external design agency responsible for design system delivery.
- Championing accessibility, usability and responsive design across the platform.
- Driving consistency and continuous improvement throughout the product experience.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who combines strong visual design skills with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
You’ll ideally have:
- Commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
- Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping and component libraries.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- A solid understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern front-end technologies.
- Experience working within Agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Salary range of £55,000 - £65,000
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in Glasgow)
