We are a cross-unit and cross-location AI, tech and experience team. With more than 50 developers, AI & Fullstack engineers, UX designers and consultants working directly with other WongDoody teams, we are team players and specialists - oth in frontend and backend. As part of Infosys, we belong to a leading global technology company with access to solutions and extensive know-how in the fields of commerce, marketing automation and AI, among others.

We are now looking for a Solution Architect who designs scalable cloud and AI platforms on Google Cloud-connecting systems, data, and intelligence into robust, future-ready architectures.

</p> <p> Aufgaben </p> <p>Architecture & Platform Design</p> <ul> <li>Design cloud architectures for digital products, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions on GCP, AWS or Azure</li> <li>Define end-to-end system architecture across data, services, and AI workflows</li> <li>Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term viability of architectural decisions</li> <li>Create architecture documentation and diagrams outlining key decisions and solutions to technical challenges</li> </ul> <p>Integration & System Landscape</p> <ul> <li>Define interfaces, integration patterns, and system interactions</li> <li>Assess existing enterprise landscapes and design integration strategies (e.g. SAP, CDP, CMS, DAM)</li> <li>Connect data sources, AI models, and content systems into a coherent architecture</li> </ul> <p>Scalability, Governance & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Define security concepts, operating models, and architectural guardrails</li> <li>Make informed decisions on compute, storage, messaging, identity, observability, and deployment</li> <li>Work closely with engineering, security, and business teams to establish a viable target architecture</li> <li>Balance MVP thinking with long-term platform scalability</li> <li>Help teams reduce complexity and choose the right technical setup</li> <li>Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and the development of visionary architecture concepts</li> <li>Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend suitable adoption strategies for customer projects and suggest improvements on cost, performance, and maintainability </li> </ul> <p>Profil </p> <ul> <li>Several years of experience in system architecture (cloud, data, APIs)</li> <li>Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable technical leadership role</li> <li>Strong expertise in GCP and AWS</li> <li>Deep understanding of platform design and modular architectures</li> <li>Experience integrating complex enterprise systems</li> <li>Solid knowledge of security best practices, data modeling, and system performance optimization</li> <li>Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, IaC with Terraform or ARM)</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and effectively</li> <li>Confident in client-facing settings, with the ability to engage and advise senior stakeholders (e.g. CTOs)</li> <li>Experience in Buy vs. Build decisions</li> <li>Very good German and English language levels (C1+)</li> <li>Work permit for Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany </li> </ul> <p>Wir bieten </p> <ul> <li>Flexible working hours and 100% overtime compensation</li> <li>Work where it works for you.
