Requirements

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join one of our international clients and support the automation and modernization of infrastructure and platform services. In this role, you will design and develop scalable automation solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, working closely with Infrastructure, Platform, Operations, and Development teams to drive a more efficient, secure, and software-defined operating model. Tasks - Design and implement end-to-end automation pipelines (CI/CD) for infrastructure and platform services. - Define infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (e.g., Terraform for provisioning, Ansible for configuration). - Develop and maintain pipeline integration (e.g., Bitbucket * Jenkins * Ansible * target systems). - Integrate automation with enterprise systems (CMDB, ServiceNow, identity, APIs, monitoring tools). - Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and platform teams to standardize delivery models. - Support transition from traditional infrastructure management to policy-driven, declarative systems. - Establish and promote best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistent adoption across teams. - Mentor engineers and stakeholders, acting as a technical advisor and change agent during the transformation from traditional infrastructure to automated platforms. - Create and maintain documentation to accelerate knowledge transfer and scalability. - Foster a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and platform teams. MUST HAVE Key Competencies - Strong understanding of DevOps and SDX principles - Experience with automation at scale in enterprise environments - Ability to design modular, reusable, and version-controlled automation - Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and pipeline orchestration - Understanding of hybrid automation models (declarative + imperative) - Focus on security, compliance and auditability - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Collaboration across multiple teams and domains Automation & Orchestration - Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) - Terraform CI/CD & Pipelines - Jenkins - Git (Bitbucket or similar) Scripting & Development - PowerShell - Python Basic knowledge Infrastructure & Platforms - Windows / Linux environments - Virtual infrastructures and cloud platforms Containers & Dev Environments - Docker, Openshift or Kubernetes Protocols & Integration - API-driven automation - WinRM / SSH Valuable Knowledge - Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, GitOps, and ITIL methodologies. - AI & Automation: strong interest in applying AI to IT operations, intelligent automation / AIOps, autonomous agents, AI integration into operational workflows. - Experience implementing observability, monitoring or event-driven automation solutions. - Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with a strong focus on automation, platform engineering and operational excellence.
