Advanced Systems Engineer - Regional Strike Programs

• Execute systems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems, depending on focus area.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE.
• Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required., * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM. Agile experience preferred.

• 5 years professional experience with 2+ years in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements Analysis, Model Based Systems Engineering or Hardware Systems work (Master’s degree may substitute for experience).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems.
• Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
• Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems., * Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and technical standards.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Passion for innovation in defense technology.
