- Execute systems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems, depending on focus area.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE.
- Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required., * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM. Agile experience preferred.
- 5 years professional experience with 2+ years in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements Analysis, Model Based Systems Engineering or Hardware Systems work (Master’s degree may substitute for experience).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems.
- Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
- Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems., * Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and technical standards.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Passion for innovation in defense technology.
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
