Job description

Architecture & Design: Architect, build, and maintain efficient, high-performance, and reliable .NET applications.
Code Implementation: Write clean, scalable, and easily reusable C# code following modern SOLID design patterns.
System Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and continuously refactor code to optimize application speed.
Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers by conducting insightful code reviews and sharing engineering best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain complex relational databases and data storage solutions.
Deployment & CI/CD: Manage cloud deployment cycles and integrate automated testing pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

Languages: Deep proficiency in C# and advanced object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Frameworks: Strong experience with .NET Core, .NET 6/8+, and ASP.NET MVC.
Web Tech: Practical familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Microservices, and GraphQL.
Databases: Highly proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Entity Framework Core.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, alongside Docker containerization.
Testing Tools: Expertise in automated unit testing using frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or Moq.
Version Control: Expert command over Git workflows and branching strategies.

Soft Skills & Experience

Professional Background: Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in software development using the .NET stack.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
Methodology: Proven experience working within fast-paced Agile or Scrum development environments.
Communication: Clear ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven team spirit with natural capabilities to self-manage and drive features from conception to deployment.
