Qualifications - Experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL Server, PowerShell - Database Design & Architecture: Schema design, normalization/denormalization, data partitioning and sharding strategies - Performance Optimization: Query tuning and indexing - Experience with database monitoring tools and proactive alerting - Experience with PostgreSQL is an advantage - Willingness to learn: Eager to learn new technologies and practices, excited to grow skills - Technical skills: Good knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring and maintenance, automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, JSON, or other scripting languages.
