Job description

You design and deliver advanced high-voltage power electronics solutions for electrified vehicles, focusing on next-generation HV/LV DC-DC converters. You contribute to strategic EV/HEV programs and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to bring reliable and efficient designs to production., * Design and verify HV/LV DC-DC converters, including isolated and non-isolated topologies.

Select semiconductors, define magnetics, and implement gate-drive and control strategies.
Develop analog and digital circuits using MCU/DSP architectures and communication interfaces.
Perform simulations and analyses using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, and PSpice.Apply high-voltage safety and EMC design principles, including isolation and PCB layout best practices.
Design and validate automotive ECUs and supervisor PCBs for LV system integration.
Execute hardware testing, bring-up, debugging, and failure analysis in the lab.
Support functional safety (ISO 26262), cybersecurity (ISO 21434), and contribute to RFQ and technical proposals.

Requirements

Engineering or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in power electronics hardware design. Strong expertise in high-voltage DC-DC converter design (400-800V). Hands-on laboratory experience with test and measurement equipment. Fluency in Spanish and English and experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
