As a Hardware Technician, you’ll work daily with advanced data center hardware for international customers. You’ll build server racks, configure systems and ensure all equipment is thoroughly tested and ready for deployment. As a Hardware Technician, you are responsible for assembling, configuring, testing and validating high-end server and data center hardware. Working according to production schedules and quality standards, you ensure every installation is completed accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and configuring server racks (rack & stack) for data center environments;
- Configuring servers and hardware, including BIOS updates, firmware upgrades and installing components such as memory, hard drives and network interface cards (NICs);
- Performing technical quality inspections and functional hardware testing;
- Assembling server cabinets, managing cable routing and setting up test environments;
- Processing customer returns, including inspections, asset tagging and administrative handling.
You’ll be part of our High-tech Operations team and work closely with colleagues from Production, Engineering and Quality. You’ll also have regular contact with customers and actively contribute to process improvements and maintaining the highest quality standards.
You’ll work in a modern, high-tech warehouse environment where safety, quality and efficiency are top priorities.
Requirements
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Hardware Technician who enjoys working with the latest hardware technologies and thrives on solving technical challenges., * Experience in testing, configuring or assembling hardware, preferably within a high-tech or data center environment;
- Experience with imaging, BIOS configuration and firmware updates is an advantage;
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP or production planning system;
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- A structured, quality-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety.

- A gross monthly salary between €2.560 and €4.164, depending on your knowledge and experience;
