We’re seeking a dynamic Information Systems - IT Lead who enjoys solving complex challenges, supporting end users, and leading IT operations with a customer-first mindset.
This on-site role serves as the primary IT resource for our Devereux - TCV Programs located in Braddock, PA and will ensure reliable systems, provide strong customer service, and effective coordination of technical support and projects., Lead and oversee daily IT support operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely resolution of requests and high-quality service delivery. Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues while troubleshooting a wide range of systems, including hardware, software, network, and communication tools. Coordinate competing priorities across support and project work, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements. Support IT systems and infrastructure through installation, maintenance, and asset management, ensuring compliance with security standards. Additionally, lead site-based IT projects, coordinating timelines and resources to ensure smooth, minimally disruptive implementations.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 or advanced IT support role

Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and devices

Experience providing guidance or leadership to IT staff preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Degree not required; IT certifications or relevant education are a plus

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, In addition to a competitive salary, Devereux provides a comprehensive health and welfare program to eligible full-time employees, family members and domestic partners. Eligible employees are eligible to start benefits after 30 days of employment. In addition, we offer;
