Consultant, CVM Designer - Windows

• Ideate, design and develop visual merchandising concepts for global seasonal windows campaigns,Heritage Creatives window displaysand special projects (New store opening windows, artist collaboration windows).
• Produce sketches, renders, design presentations and design intent documents to present ideas to internal teams and general management for approval
• Adapt design concepts for global rollout across a large variety of stores and fixtures format
• 3D model design concepts
• Liaise with production departments to communicate any design intentions in details
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting the set deadlines
• Support project installation in-store when required
• Research materials, finishes and innovations to continuously push the brand image

The candidate must be a proactive, adaptable team player who excels in high-energy environments and brings a flexible, problem-solving approach to every challenge., * Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set Design, or related field

• 2 to 3 years of work experience in design field or related
• Strong understanding of creative visual merchandising and luxury environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Advanced skills in 3D CAD Skills (Rhinoceros 3D, Keyshot, or Similar)
• Understanding of production processes (project developments, technical drawings, )
• Excellent conceptual, spatial, and storytelling skills
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
