Job description

The Oracle Fusion GRC Security Consultant is responsible for executing security and governance activities within Oracle ERP environments. This role focuses on integrating Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with Oracle Risk Management Cloud . The consultant will design, configure, and validate security controls while ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards. Requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion security, risk management, and ERP system integrations., * Lead execution of ERP security and controls during integration of Oracle EPM with Risk Management Cloud.

  • Design and implement Oracle Fusion ERP security roles, policies, and access controls.
  • Configure and support Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules.
  • Perform security configuration, testing, and validation of GRC controls.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure ERP system design.
  • Support integration activities between Oracle EPM and ERP systems.
  • Conduct security testing, identify defects, and perform issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and standards.
  • Document security architecture, configurations, and testing results.
  • Provide support for audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Application Security.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud configuration and testing.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion GRC modules.
  • Strong knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to perform security testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in compliance-driven or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP implementations or transformations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
