Requirements
Understand various flavors of Operating Systems Linux, Unix [Solaris, HP-UX, AIX], Windows (Win 98, Win NT, Win 2000, Win XP) Deliver automation in SDLC Understand Tosca, Selenium, Test NG, Protractor & Cucumber or equivalent Roles & responsibilities
- Able to Independently manage Automation teams
- Hands on experience in conducting tool evaluations
- Hands on experience testing web/client applications with automated testing, including writing test automation scripts from scratch.
- Able to customize / develop frame works w.r.t customer and project needs
- Able to lead and guide teams and educate, motivate & mentor them to do their job effectively.6. Sound knowledge of various flavors of Operating Systems Linux, Unix [Solaris, HP-UX, AIX], Windows (Win 98, Win NT, Win 2000, Win XP)
- Well conversant with automation SDLC

Must have worked on Tosca, Selenium, Test NG, Protractor & Cucumber or equivalent Preferred Skills
- Should be able to Manage multiple projects from inception to post implementation using automation methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Knowledge and experience with application architecture, relational database, Microsoft .NET and related technologies Basic experience:
- 10 to 14 years of experience in Software Testing
- 6 to 8 years leading automation projects
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining enterprise-level test automation and automation architectures
