Senior Windows System Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Windows System Administrator to manage and support Microsoft infrastructure platforms within our team in Germany. The role focuses on operational stability, lifecycle management and support of core infrastructure services., * Manage and support Active Directory services, including users, groups and policies;

• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments;
• Perform patching activities and support server lifecycle management, including upgrades and maintenance;
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents to ensure service continuity;
• Provide operational support for business-critical Microsoft infrastructure services.

• Proven experience administering and maintaining Windows Server environments;
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory administration and management;
• Knowledge of DNS and DHCP services in enterprise environments;
• Experience managing and supporting IIS (Internet Information Services);
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation;
• Experience with WSUS and patch management processes;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows infrastructure administration;
• Experience working in enterprise and production support environments;
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate;
• Fluent English required.

Miscellaneous

• Exposure to hybrid infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud);
• Experience with VMware virtualization platforms is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation practices and tools.
