Requirements

Must sit onsite in Solana Beach; potential for hybrid after 90 days

Target salary is $120-$140k plus bonus

Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco technologies including ASA security appliances, routers, switches, wireless, VPN, Telepresence video, Jabber, Call Manager, Unity, Expressway C&E, Webex, and Unified Computing Systems

  • Will lead quarterly ISO meetings

  • Heavy Cisco shop
  • Strong networking knowledge required
  • Leadership & Business Acumen

  • Manage staff, budgets, software renewals, vendor relationships
  • Work closely with the parent company abroad
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Additional Must-Haves

  • Stable work history
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and managing IT spend
  • Ability to manage different personalities across IT and IS teams
  • Comfortable in a formal corporate environment
