  • Support von iOS Endgeräten, der Netzwerkumgebung sowie TK-Komponenten
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten

Requirements

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Kundenbetreuer, IT-System-Elektroniker, IT-System-Kaufmann, Servicetechniker IT, Informationselektroniker, Industriesystemtechniker, Informatikkaufmann, PC und Netzwerkfachkraft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • erste Erfahrung im Anwender Support
  • gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 und Windows 10
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
